Huge thanks!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/brilliant-reliable-robust-huge-thanks/)󠁿 [drcarrot](https://profiles.wordpress.org/drcarrot/) Séptémber 14, 2026 I've enjoyed these for over a decade. Sorry it took so long to leave a review. Huge thanks. I tried a couple of other products thru the years, but was disappointed. Smart Forms set a standard no other products can meet. Thank you! ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/87c7199ee4edba782af56b588bc132d206de70f68746ef8cd7b8deed7ee4f0d3? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[my lifetime membership ended, 0 Support, 0 Response](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/my-lifetine-membership-ended-0-support-0-response/)󠁿 [triggerfish](https://profiles.wordpress.org/triggerfish/) April 27, 2026 i loved thie plugin and the ease of use, until 2 weeks ago when suddenly my lifetime memberships password and user name no longer worked. I have many client websites that i now cannot edit the forms on suddenly. I have been getting no replys and no response from the email and contact form. NOT COOL ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/9823a67ac0c62795f73db0866c0bc1c62a184b1e0bb50f5828fdfc17fff5cf66? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Super easy & flexible form system](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/super-easy-flexible-form-system/)󠁿 [swimman13](https://profiles.wordpress.org/swimman13/) Désémber 11, 2023 Not only is this easy to use & flexible, some of the features (such as conditional fields & payments) makes this a very powerful form tool. Support was outstanding when I had questions! ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/b5d18196d42d356408db4cf93ac64560072faca6baf421fd3578c4bf34e162e8? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Excellent](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/makes-easy-work-of-form-creation/)󠁿 [Hayward](https://profiles.wordpress.org/haywardgb/) April 5, 2023
