This plugin uses Stripe to process online payments.

 * Service name: Stripe (https://stripe.com)
 * What it’s used for:
    - Creating and managing payment intents.
    - Securely processing credit and debit card payments.
    - Loading Stripe.js on the front-end to handle payment details securely.
 * What data is sent:
    - Payment metadata (booking ID, amount, currency) is sent when creating payment
      intents.
    - Stripe may receive customer billing details (such as name, email, and card
      token) when the user submits a payment.
    - Card details are handled directly by Stripe.js and are never stored on the
      website server.
 * When it’s sent:
    - The plugin sends data to https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents when a 
      payment is created.
    - The plugin may query https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents/{id} to check
      payment status.
    - The plugin loads https://js.stripe.com/v3/ on booking pages where online payment
      is enabled.
